Certificates of non-existence by requesting agency
This request asks for any existing log or report listing certificates of non-existence the National Records Center prepared from July 1, 2026, with the date and the agency that asked for each (for example ICE, CBP, a U.S. Attorney's Office or a state attorney general), or, if no list exists, counts by agency and month.
Why it matters

Template T-85
Any existing log, tracking spreadsheet, case-management report, or database extract that lists certificates of non-existence (including Certificates of Nonexistence of Record) prepared or issued by the National Records Center from July 1, 2026 through the date of the search, showing for each certificate the date and the requesting or receiving agency (for example, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a United States Attorney's Office, a state attorney general, or another state agency). If no such list exists, any existing report showing the number of those certificates by requesting agency and by month will satisfy this request.
