Who is USCIS's FOIA Public Liaison
This request asks for records showing who is the FOIA Public Liaison (the official requesters can turn to with problems) and any change to that role since June 1, 2026. It also asks for instructions on how messages to the public FOIA questions mailbox are routed or answered, including any instruction to stop answering particular requesters.
Why it matters
Federal law provides for a FOIA Public Liaison to help requesters with problems. These records would show who holds the role and how public questions are handled.
