IRIS scorecard and performance measures (refiled)

This is a second version of an earlier request, filed to ask for Track 1, USCIS's simple processing track. It asks for the fiscal year 2026 scorecard and performance measure definitions for the National Records Center, and the monthly or quarterly IRIS reports on them. IRIS is the USCIS Immigration Records and Identity Services directorate.

Why it matters
Performance measures show what the National Records Center is judged on. The request names an A-File backlog measure and a two-hour response measure for ICE and CBP, the immigration enforcement agencies.
